BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

Skills Immigration - Health Authority Stream

The BC PNP Skills Immigration - Health Authority stream is designed to help physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals transition to working in British Columbia and obtain permanent residence. If approved as a provincial nominee, you and your eligible family members may apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to become permanent residents of Canada through the BC PNP program.

Before You Apply

To be sponsored to apply for immigration through this stream, you must first be selected by a BC Health Authority and have signed all necessary contractual agreements confirming your participation in an upcoming PRA-BC intake.

PRA-BC highly recommends and supports selected and sponsored candidates to apply through the BC PNP Skills Immigration – Health Authority Stream under the Non-Express Entry pathway. Our team provides navigation assistance for the Express Entry BC PNP pathway only if you already meet all federal Express Entry criteria and have an active Express Entry profile with IRCC.

For a full overview of the program, please review the Skills Immigration Program Guide.

Important

PRA-BC provides navigation and informational support only. All decisions related to work permits, permanent residency, and immigration status remain at the sole discretion of IRCC. If you are not a sponsored candidate, PRA-BC cannot assist you with IRCC and/or BC PNP inquiries beyond the information provided on this webpage.
